Balancing paid work with unpaid tasks like childcare, and keeping the house running smoothly can be challenging. You come home wrung out from work. Exhausted. So who’s going to do the supper and sort out everything around the house? Lunches need to be made for tomorrow. You don’t want to disappoint so, somehow, you dig deep to find that extra reserve at the cost of your own health.

A single session doesn’t leave lasting change. It might give a temporary fix, but the chances are you’ll be back where you started within a few months.

To get to the root of an issue achieve lasting change, takes two or more sessions.
As a result I offer packages of 2, 4 or 6 sessions.

Coming to terms with grief
